Cobb County Fire Cadets is a nonprofit program designed to train teens and young adults aged 14-20 in essential firefighter skills. Beyond technical training, we also focus on developing vital soft skills like communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable yet disciplined learning environment that prepares participants for future roles, without the rigors of a full-fledged recruit training program.
