The mission of the Cobb Fire Cadets is to inspire and prepare the next generation of fire service professionals through education, training, and community engagement. We are dedicated to developing leadership, integrity, and teamwork while providing cadets with hands-on experience in fire and emergency services. By fostering discipline, service, and character, we equip our members to succeed both in public safety careers and as contributing members of their community.
The Cobb Fire Cadet Program accepts applications four times per year through a structured quarterly process. This approach ensures fair review, consistent training, and a smooth onboarding experience for cadets and families.

Applications submitted outside of these dates will not be reviewed.
After each application window closes:
Cadets begin the program as part of a quarterly cohort, allowing for consistent training, mentorship, and team development.
No problem. Applicants who miss an application window are encouraged to apply during the next quarterly cycle.
